‘Fantastic Foodies’
Thirty seven of our Year 11 GCSE Food students were presented with their ‘CIEH Level 2 in Food Safety in Catering’ certificates. Leicester City Council Food Safety Officer, Garry Scrivens, who delivered the course with Food Teacher, Elise Eldredge, said: “All of the girls worked hard. They listened, asked questions and prepared thoroughly for the exam which they passed with flying colours. Well done to you all.”
