Creative and Media Career Pathways Conference at King Power Stadium
Year 11 Creative and Media Diploma students visited The King Power Stadium on Tuesday afternoon for a Career Pathways event organised by VESA especially for all the Diploma lines across the City and County. Students attended workshops on pathway choices in Higher and Further Education led by
De Montfort University, the Connexions service and Creative Leicestershire.
The students were encouraged to have an open mind about their future plans but to be prepared to use every opportunity offered to them to enhance their choices by their academic subjects and extracurricular activities. The students were all very motivated and positive towards the visiting speakers and were entertained and challenged, particularly by Mark Frisby from Connexions.
